[About this course]
■ Mt. Shinokura Sengen Park does not have its own parking lot, so after getting off the bus in front of Shimoyoshida Station, you will have to walk and climb the stairs for approximately 30 to 35 minutes each way.
■The ropeway may be suspended due to weather conditions, etc.
■Depending on weather conditions, you may not be able to see Mt. Fuji.
■If you would like to use the Safety Call service, please let us know in advance. Please note that we may not be able to contact you if we are unable to reach you during our business hours or if we are not at home.

[About the Accommodation]
■Basically one room accommodates 1 to 4 people.
■Rooms are Japanese-style rooms, Western-style rooms (single, twin or triple rooms with bath and toilet) or Japanese-Western style rooms.
*Please lay out your futon in the Japanese-style room yourself.
*Triple rooms will have an extra bed or sofa bed in the twin room.
■Rooms and views cannot be specified.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
