[About the Imperial Palace and New Year's General Visit]
■Information to the Imperial Palace General Visit scheduled However, it has not been officially announced as of Sep. 2025. If the general visit is canceled, we will inform you on a separate itinerary (details of the itinerary will be announced on the day of the trip).
■Due to the sudden arrival of state guests to Japan, the physical condition of the imperial family, stormy weather, etc., the general visit may be canceled. There will be no refunds in that case. Please note.
■There is no group priority admission to the Imperial Palace. As it is the same as general customers, you may have to wait for a long time during busy times. There is also a baggage check upon entry (no food or drinks or large luggage allowed).
■There is a slope in the Imperial Palace. Also, expect quite a bit of crowds, so please wear comfortable shoes.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
