[Process after application]
■The second document (travel guide) will be sent to the representative's home at least five days before departure. [Regarding customer changes (name changes) after application]

When booking an airline ticket, you will need the following information:
■Names of all participants (in kanji and furigana) ■Ages of all participants

Unless we can confirm all three of the above, we will not be able to reserve a seat on the aircraft. Please be sure to enter and check the information correctly when applying.

【Information about reservations】
■The content is updated every day (excluding Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays), but please note that it is not real-time. Also, even if there is only one seat left, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If the number of participants is insufficient, the tour may be canceled. In case of cancellation only, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.
■Please be sure to check the "Final Notice" (delivery scheduled 5 days before departure) for the flight and meeting time.
■If you apply for an infant (3~5 years old) rate, only round-trip flights and bus seats will be arranged, and bedding will not be provided at Other, Meals, or Accommodation facilities. If you need it, please make a reservation as a child.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
