[About the tour]
■The tour conductor will only accompany you within Hokkaido. At Chubu International Airport, please receive your boarding pass from our airport staff and board by yourself. The local tour conductor will be waiting for you at the arrival gate of Memanbetsu Airport.

■Customers who apply for one room for 3 or more people may be divided into extra beds or 2 rooms.

[About the "Sunset Norokko"]
■Train seats will be left to us. Even if you apply as a group, we may not be able to prepare seats side by side.

[Travel fees for infants]
■ For guests aged 3~5, airline seats and bus seats during the journey will be provided for a fee. There are no seats, Meals, Accommodation or bedding provided for the train during the journey.

[Reservation Information]
■ The content is updated daily (excluding Sundays, holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays), but please note that it is not real-time. Also, even if there is only one seat left, it will be displayed as 【Available】.
■ If the number of participants is insufficient, the trip may be canceled. In the event of cancellation, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
