[About the tour]
■The order of the itinerary may be changed.
■At Chubu Centrair International Airport, please receive your boarding pass from our airport staff and board the plane on your own. *Tour conductors will only accompany you within Hokkaido. (Day 1 Memanbetsu Airport -Day 6 Memanbetsu Airport)
■This course will be conducted in collaboration with tours departing from Kansai, Nagoya, and Tokyo.
Please note that there may be waiting times at the airport.
■Please note that infants and young children are not permitted to participate in this course.
■If you apply for a room with three people, we may provide you with an extra bed or split you into two rooms.
■The natural scenery may not be visible depending on weather, climate, and other conditions.
■There are some walking areas, so please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing suitable for walking.
■The sightseeing boat will be suspended in bad weather.

[Regarding Meals requests]

[Request for participation in the aircraft course]
Regarding participant registration When registering a participant, you will need to register (1) participant's name, (2) age, and (3) gender.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave seat allocations for transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and room allocations for Accommodation to our discretion. Please refrain from reclining bus seats.
*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for specific departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. Also, even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other.
*This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but a guide-interpreter will not accompany the passenger.

■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
