■ About the course
On Day 2 the tour, due to the ferry schedule, scheduled to depart from the hotel early in the morning, around 5:50 AM. Breakfast will be provided at the hotel.
・The order of Accommodation and sightseeing may be changed.
The flowering times of flowers on the island may vary depending on weather conditions.
・For groups of 3-4 or more people in one room, extra beds may be used or the group may be split into two rooms.
- The listed meal contents may be subject to change due to local sourcing issues or poor catches.
Please note that even if you are traveling as a group of two or more people, your seats on the airplane may be separated.

[Important Notes Regarding Participating in Island Trips]
・Due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, it may not be possible to travel to the island. Please be aware that this may necessitate significant changes or substitutions to transportation and itinerary, as well as additional charges for extended stays, etc.
Since you will be carrying your own luggage when traveling by plane or ferry, we recommend packing it compactly.
If you are prone to seasickness, please prepare motion sickness medication in advance.

[Regarding the introduction of new airport facility usage fees at Asahikawa Airport]
Starting Jul. 5, 2026, an airport facility usage fee will be introduced for flights departing from Asahikawa Airport.
Asahikawa Airport: 360 yen for adults
There may be some discrepancies between our company brochure and the airport facility usage fees.
*Although the airport has started implementing this measure since June 1st, Club Tourism will not charge this fee to customers departing on or before July 4th.
*No additional charges will be collected for customers who apply by April 20th and depart on or after July 5th.

<What to bring and what to wear>
・Shoes: Please bring comfortable sneakers that you are comfortable walking in.
・Rain gear: Please be sure to bring it! It is very convenient to have a raincoat top and bottom. Even if it rains, you will generally be walking. For safety reasons, please refrain from walking around with an umbrella.
・Backpack: For safety reasons, we would like you to have both hands free during the hike, so please bring a small backpack. (Large luggage will be stored on the bus during the hike.)
・Hat, towel: To protect against sunburn and cold (It is very windy, so please attach a clip to your hat)
・ Other: If you bring trekking poles, please use caps on the tips to protect the hiking trails.
*The hike may be canceled on the day due to weather or safety reasons.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
