[About hiking]

・Shoes: Please bring comfortable sneakers that you are comfortable walking in.

・Rain gear: Please be sure to bring it! It is very convenient to have a raincoat top and bottom. Basically, you will be walking even if it rains. For safety reasons, please refrain from hiking with an umbrella.

・Backpack: For safety reasons, we would like you to have both hands free during the hike, so please bring a small backpack. (Large luggage will be stored on the bus during the hike.)

・Hat, towel: Protects against sunburn and cold (It is very windy, so please attach a clip to your hat)

・ Other: If you bring trekking poles, please use caps on the tips to protect the hiking trails.

ミニハイキング:標高差100ｍ未満。歩行距離約5km。歩行時間2時間以内。舗装されていない山道や林道を歩きます。
＜ハイキングに関する持ち物服装について＞
・靴：歩き慣れた運動靴をご準備下さい。
・雨具：必ずご持参下さい！上下のカッパがあると大変便利です。雨が降っても基本的には歩きます。傘を差しての散策は安全面からもご遠慮下さい。
・リュックサック：散策中は安全面からも両手を空けていただきたい為、小さな物で良いのでご準備下さい。（散策中、大きなお荷物はバスにてお預かり致します）
・帽子,タオル：日焼け、寒さ対策になります（風が大変強いので、帽子にクリップなどお付け下さい）
・その他：トレッキングポールを持参される際は、ハイキングコース保全の為先端部分にキャップをご使用下さい。
