[Getting on and off along the way]
On this course, you can get on and off at Shinagawa Station, Shin-Yokohama Station, and Odawara Station along the way.
*If you board midway ride, please purchase your admission ticket at the boarding station.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

[Clothing and shoes]
To reach Okuoikojo Station, which is a part of this course, you will be walking along unpaved mountain paths and stone steps. Therefore, please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers that you are comfortable walking in. We also recommend carrying a backpack so that you can keep your hands free when walking.
*You can leave any luggage you do not need on the bus.
<Elevation Difference>
Less than 100 meters away, there is a mountain path to Oku-Oi Kojo Station.
<Walking time>
It takes about 40 minutes from the observation deck to Oku-Oi Kojo Station. The road is unpaved and there are some places where tree roots are exposed.

[About Oigawa Railway "Minami Alps Abt Line"]
All seats on Oigawa Railway's "Minami Alps Abt Line" are unreserved seats. Therefore, you may be seated with other passengers or may have to stand depending on how busy the train is.
From the Okuoi Observatory to Oku-Oi Kojo Station, you can only walk (buses and cars are not allowed). It is possible to travel along the route with a shuttle bus, but in that case you will not be able to board the Oigawa Railway.

[About the JR Iida Line "Secret Station" Train]
The "Hikyoeki" train will have reserved seats, but the seats will be at our discretion and you will not be able to choose the left or right seat. If you are a group booking, you may be seated in front or behind the others.

[About Accommodation hotel]
Even if you apply for a room for two people, you may be assigned to one room per person. Please note that you cannot specify the room. (The same applies to children.)

[About the tour]

If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this dedicated form or through our call center.
* For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, and there will be an additional charge (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, please note that we will not provide train seats, Meals, or bedding at the accommodations during the Accommodation.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
