[About fireworks viewing]
●Parking lot ~ You will have to walk to the fireworks display venue (about 20~30 minutes), so please wear comfortable shoes to participate. After anticipating the crowd, I will enter the venue early around 17:30.
●It will be viewed at the pier seat "mass seat". The pier seats will sit on plywood.
*You can bring your own cushions.
*Please refrain from using folding chairs, tripods, and umbrellas.
●The launch may be held even in rainy weather. You cannot watch the movie with an umbrella in the pier seats "mass seats", so please bring a kappa.
●In the event of heavy rain or typhoons, the fireworks display will be canceled scheduled if the wind speed is 10m or more or when a warning is issued.
If the fireworks display is canceled after the departure of the tour, there will be no refund of the tour price or pier seat fee.
●The residual heat may be severe depending on the year, so please take measures against the heat. Also, the temperature drops and it gets cold at night, so please prepare a jacket.

【About Accommodation Facilities】
●Since the fireworks display ends at 22:20 scheduled, we scheduled to arrive at the inn around 24:30.
●The public bath is open until 24:00, so please use it the next morning.
●The free shuttle bus is free transportation by private car that does not require permission under the Road Transport Act by Maiko Kogen Hotel. The piston may be operated in separate groups, and you may be asked to wait around the hotel or at the station.

[Getting on and off along the way]
This course can be boarded and disembarked at Ueno Station and Omiya Station.
※ If you are participating in the midway ride, please purchase an admission ticket at the boarding station.
*There are no refunds or discounts for getting on and off the train.

[About changes to meal contents]
From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and an actual fee will be charged if there is a difference. For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
