[About watching the fireworks]
●Please note that it will be a 20-30 minute walk from the parking lot to the fireworks venue, so please wear comfortable walking shoes. As it will be crowded, we will enter the venue early, around 5:30pm.
●You will be watching from box seats, called "mas seats." Box seats are made up of plywood.
*You may bring your own cushions etc.
*Please refrain from using folding chairs, tripods, and umbrellas.
●The launch may take place even in rainy weather. Umbrellas are not permitted in the box seats, so please bring a raincoat.

If the fireworks display is canceled after you have departed, there will be no refund of your travel fee or box seat fee.

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you would like to provide a seat, please make a reservation as a "child."

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
