[ About Nagaoka Fireworks]
■ This course is viewed from the 【chair seats】 (Shinano River riverbank, left bank). You will sit on pipe chairs arranged on the riverbank soil.
■ The tripod cannot be used at eye level above the seat level.
■ Fireworks Festival Arrival at the venue will be early, around 15:00~18:00. Fireworks Please be waiting a long time before the event starts, so please take sufficient measures against the heat.
■ It is usually about a 10-minute walk from the bus parking lot to designated viewing area. Fireworks After the event, due to police traffic restrictions, traffic jams occur in the city, so it usually takes about 2~3 hours for buses to leave the parking lot each year. Therefore, we scheduled arrival time at 25:30, but it may vary significantly from the initial estimate.
■ Due to the expected severe crowding, we will prioritize touring the Fireworks as our top priority in our itinerary. Depending on circumstances, some parts of the itinerary may be changed. Also, due to tour bus safety regulations, you may have to wait for a long time at the station or hotel before departure.
■ This course will be accompanied by tour conductors, but in case of emergencies, guests with mobile phones will be asked to register their mobile phone number.
■ In case of severe weather Fireworks Festival may be canceled at the discretion of the Nagaoka Fireworks competition. If the tour is decided before departing from Tokyo station, your trip will be canceled. If no decision is made before departure, you will depart scheduled. Please note that there is no refund for travel fees after departure.

[About changes to meal contents]
From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and actual expenses will be charged if there is a difference. [Travel fees for infants]
Passengers aged 3~6 (preschoolers) will be charged a bus seat during the journey from the perspective of the Travel Business Act and safety management (there are no seats for taxis and free hotel shuttle buses). However, there are no train seats, Meals, Accommodation facility bedding, etc. during the journey. If you wish, please make a reservation with a "child".
[Infant reception]
Children under 3 years old are not allowed on this tour.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
