If you are participating in the midway ride, please purchase an admission ticket at the boarding station. There are no refunds or discounts for boarding and disembarking on the way. Please note.

[Nagaoka About fireworks
■This course will be viewed at [Club Tourism exclusive square seats] (Shinano River riverbed, left bank). You will sit on a dirt ground on the riverbed and in a space covered with plastic sheets.
■All chairs that are slightly taller or seats with backrests that are not high are not allowed. You cannot use it during the waiting time before the fireworks start or during the fireworks viewing. In addition, the tripod cannot be used above eye level while seated.
■Arrival at the fireworks display venue will be early around 15:00~18:00. You will have to wait for a long time until the fireworks start, so please take sufficient measures against the heat.
■It usually takes about 10 minutes to walk from the bus parking lot to the bleachers. After the fireworks are over, traffic jams occur in the city due to police traffic regulations, so it usually takes about 2 hours ~ 3 hours for the bus to leave the parking lot. The arrival time at the inn is scheduled around 25:30 in the middle of the night, but it may vary significantly from the original assumption.
■Due to the expectation of great crowds, we will proceed with the itinerary with the highest priority of watching the fireworks. In some cases, there may be some changes to the itinerary. In addition, due to the safety regulations of sightseeing buses, you may have to wait for a long time before departing from the station or hotel.
■This course will be accompanied by a tour guide, but in case of emergency, customers with mobile phones are asked to register their [mobile phone number].
■In case of stormy weather, the fireworks display may be canceled at the discretion of the Nagaoka Fireworks Competition. If the decision is made before the tour departs from Tokyo station, the trip will be canceled. If no decision is made before departure, you will depart as scheduled. Please note that there will be no refund for the travel price after departure.

[About changes to meal contents]
From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and actual expenses will be charged if there is a difference. [Travel fees for infants]
Passengers aged 3~6 (preschoolers) will be charged a bus seat during the journey from the perspective of the Travel Business Act and safety management (there are no seats for taxis and free hotel shuttle buses). However, there are no train seats, Meals, Accommodation facility bedding, etc. during the journey. If you wish, please make a reservation with a "child".

[Infant reception]
Children under 3 years old are not allowed on this tour.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
