[About the Fireworks Festival]
■ Please note that no refund of the tour price can be made if the fireworks are interrupted or canceled after the tour has started for reasons beyond our control.
■ The fireworks may be canceled or their content changed if required by national or local authorities.
■ We may arrive at the venue early to avoid traffic restrictions and congestion before the fireworks begin, so you may need to wait until the event starts.
■ You may need to walk about 15 to 20 minutes from the parking lot to the designated viewing area.
■ This tour returns in the middle of the night. Trains, buses and other public transportation are not running at that hour, so please arrange your own transportation home before joining.

[Information]
■ For domestic tours departing on or after May 1, 2025, a handling fee of 1,500 yen per meal applies to meal changes for food allergies or religious reasons, plus any difference in cost. As a rule, please tell us at least 14 days before departure; for later requests, please consult us.
■ Late arrival or non-participation due to transport delays is also subject to cancellation fees. The tour departs at the time stated in the brochure.
■ A courtesy confirmation call before your trip is made only on request. Please call us in advance if you would like one. We cannot specify a time or call customers living outside Japan.

● Reservations for dates close to departure cannot be made online, so please Contact Us at the Travel Center below. If seats are available, applications are accepted by the day before.
● If your trip is canceled due to unavoidable reasons due to less than Minimum Number of Participants, we will notify you in writing or other means. Notification will be completed by letter or email.
● This tour is also available for foreigners. If foreign guests are accompanying you, we may provide guidance in some foreign languages, but National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter will not accompany you.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
