[About the tour]
■The contents of the meal may change depending on the purchase status.
■The guest room at Ureshino Onsen for the first night may be an out-bath type. Please use the large public bath for bathing.
■If you apply for the second night in one room for 3 people, you may be provided with an extra bed (including a sofa bed) or you may be guided to a separate room
■When using a Japanese-style or Western room, you may be asked to lay down your own futon.
■The order of the itinerary may be reversed.
■From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and if there is a difference, the actual cost will be charged. In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information.

[Request for participation in the aircraft course]
Regarding participant registration When registering a participant, you will need to register (1) participant's name, (2) age, and (3) gender.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

[About confirming meeting time and flight schedule]
●We will send you the "final information" containing information about your flight, meeting time, itinerary, and Accommodation approximately one week before departure.
[Information about tours by airplane]
●Due to the arrangement of seats on aircraft, even if you are a group, your seats may be far apart, or even if you have booked for two people, you may be seated vertically or with an aisle between you, or you may be seated in an emergency exit row seat.
●The Ibaraki Airport parking lot does not require a reservation and is free to use. However, we are not responsible for any accidents, etc.
*This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but a guide-interpreter will not accompany the passenger.

*For preschool children who book at the [child fare], a bus seat will be provided for the duration of the trip for an additional fee, in accordance with the Travel Agency Act and safety management standards. For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
