航空機のチケットはお客様の氏名が記載されたものになるため、取消手数料の発生日以降は取消・コース変更と併せてネームチェンジもできなくなります。取消料発生日以降のネームチェンジは、弊社コールセンターまでお問合せください。

[About confirming meeting time and flight schedule]
●We will send you the "final information" containing information about your flight, meeting time, itinerary, and Accommodation approximately one week before departure.
[Information about tours by airplane]
●Due to the arrangement of seats on aircraft, even if you are a group, your seats may be far apart, or even if you have booked for two people, you may be seated vertically or with an aisle between you, or you may be seated in an emergency exit row seat.
●The Ibaraki Airport parking lot does not require a reservation and is free to use. However, we are not responsible for any accidents, etc.
*This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but a guide-interpreter will not accompany the passenger.
[About confirming, cancelling and paying for reservations online]

*For preschool children who book at the [child fare], a bus seat will be provided for the duration of the trip for an additional fee, in accordance with the Travel Agency Act and safety management standards. In addition, the travel price includes Accommodation fees (entrance fees) at Accommodation facilities, but as a general rule, children will not sleep with adults or receive meals. If you would like a train seat, meal, bedding, etc., we will provide them at the [child fare (may be the same price as an adult)] (please contact us at least 14 days before the departure date).
[Infant reception]
If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this dedicated form or through our call center.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
