■About Hokkaido Artistic Fireworks
○The launch will start around 19:15 and Itinerary at 20:15.

*Please bring your own picnic sheet for the lawn seating plan. *Please refrain from using chairs after the fireworks have started as it will be a nuisance to the people behind you.

Useful things to bring: Umbrellas are prohibited inside the venue, so please bring rainwear. Other cushions, winter jackets, wet tissues, pocket tissues (toilets are temporary), insect repellent, and a flashlight (as it is dark and difficult to see in some places). It is a 20-minute walk from the parking lot to the viewing area, so wear comfortable walking shoes.

*There is a possibility that buses will be shared between the "Lawn Seat Plan" and the "Premium Chair Seat Plan."

○The event will be held rain or shine.

○ In the event of bad weather, the organizers may decide to cancel the tour. In that case, the full travel fee will be refunded at a later date. There will be no postponement. *In the event of cancellation after the tour departs, insurance fees, transportation fees, etc. will not be refunded.

●There may be cases where the tour will be conducted jointly with customers departing from other regions, including overseas, but a guide-interpreter will not accompany the tour. (The tour will be conducted in Japanese.)
●For reservations made after the 7th to Day 5 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) counting back from the day before the start of the trip, travel brochures, payment forms, and other documents may not arrive in time for the departure date. If you selected "no documents required" when making the reservation, they will not be mailed, so please check the details on your My Page. In addition, please pay the travel fee by credit card.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
