Drift ice is a natural phenomenon. Docking conditions change daily throughout the season.
If you may not see Drift ice or some content may change due to weather, the tour will proceed as scheduled. Please be aware of this before applying.
[Examples of past alternative solutions]
- If Drift ice sightseeing icebreaking ship Aurora sails in waters without Drift ice, a sea cruise up to → Cape Notoro (Boarding fee difference will be refunded later)
- If Aurora cruise is canceled due to bad weather or high waves, we will guide you to alternative tourist destinations such as → Okhotsk Ryuhyo Museum (refund of the difference later).
- If Drift ice touch experience is canceled due to strong winds or other reasons, → you will be guided to an alternative tourist spot.

There is no professional interpretation qualification, but support is provided through traditional Chinese documents, translation apps, and gestures. The tour will be conducted jointly with guests departing from other regions or staying at Accommodation different hotels.

[Cold Weather & Equipment]
Temperatures are generally between -5°C and -15°C (23F to 5F). Down jackets, non-slip shoes, gloves, hats, and earmuffs are Required. There are also rental shops in Sapporo city.
[Bus & Transportation]
There are no toilets on the bus. Breaks are made every 1.5 to 2 hours. We recommend bringing motion sickness medicine. If you attend an odd Number of Participants, the number may be Shared seating.
[Schedule]
The return time (Day 2 19:20 scheduled) may be delayed due to weather or road conditions. If you have flights on the same day or the following day, we strongly recommend allowing extra time for your schedule.
