■ Response in case of bad weather
(1) If the event is canceled at the discretion of the organizer due to bad weather, etc., and is postponed to the next day, the itinerary of the second day will be significantly changed or omitted, and the Kachimai fireworks display will be given priority. Therefore, the return trip will be a late-night run, and the return time will be around 2 a.m. Please note that you will be responsible for the transportation expenses to your home
(2) If the fireworks display is canceled the next day, the fireworks display will be moved to Aug. 17th. In that case, only the ticket will be given, but there will be no tour service. Also, please note that there will be no refund if you do not use it.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
