■About travel
・The airline used will be Hokkaido Air System (HAC).
・The order of Accommodation and sightseeing may be changed.
・Due to weather and other factors, the flowering periods of the islands may be delayed and you may not be able to see them.

Due to seating arrangements on round-trip flights, even if you have booked as a group of two or more people, you may not be seated next to each other (seating vertically).

[When making a reservation]
For this course, you will need to enter the name, age, and gender of all participants.
If we are unable to confirm all three points, we will not be able to reserve a seat on the aircraft. When applying, please be sure to enter and check the information correctly. If you are a foreign national, please make your reservation in katakana.

[About changing customers (name changes) after application]
You cannot change the name of the person making the reservation from the My Reservations list on your My Page. If you wish to make a change, please contact us by email or phone. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you if Full, and even if we are able to accommodate you, you will be charged for the replacement. For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
