【About This Tour】
●For reservations close to the departure date, please contact the Travel Center listed below as they cannot be made online. If there are vacant seats, we will accept applications up until the day before.
●If the minimum number of participants is not met and the trip is unavoidably canceled, we will notify you in writing. Notification will be completed by letter or email.
【For Customers Booking Close to Departure】
■If you pay by bank transfer close to departure and we cannot confirm receipt by the day before your trip, you may not be able to join the tour. If you book close to departure and pay by bank transfer, please be sure to bring your transfer receipt on the day.

●The travel fee for children aged 3 to 6 (preschoolers) includes only the bus seat fee. If you require Other (bedding, meals, points, etc.), please apply for a child (elementary school student).

●There may be cases where the tour is shared with passengers departing from other regions, including overseas. If there are foreign passengers on board, some of the information may be provided in a foreign language.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
