・For children aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), the infant travel fee will be charged. (Bus seat provided/meals not included)
・Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the departure time stated in the brochure.
・If the number of participants is insufficient, the trip may be canceled. In that case, we will contact you at least 14 days before the start of the trip (4 days before for day trips).
・For applications and payments made 7 days or less prior to departure, payment must be made by credit card. If payment is not received by the day before the trip, we may refuse your participation on the day.
・If you would like to use the Safety Call service, please let us know in advance. Please note that we may not be able to contact you if your call is not answered during our business hours or if you are not at home.

Payment for the tour can be made by bank transfer, credit card, automatic postal savings withdrawal, or at any Kinki Nippon Tourist store. When you visit any Kinki Nippon Tourist store, please bring the "Travel Guide" that we have sent you with you.

If you make a reservation less than one week before your trip departure date, we recommend that you apply online and pay by credit card. (Please note that if you apply by mailing a postcard and transferring money, you may not be able to join if the documents do not arrive in time.)

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
