[Meals Requests for content
From the 1st of Apr. 2025, 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes in dietary content due to religious reasons, such as serious food allergies, dietary restrictions due to medical judgment, etc., and if there is a difference, the actual cost will be charged. In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date *Lunch boxes cannot be changed. If you can't eat foods due to picky eats, please remove them yourself.

For customers on Waitlist, we will officially book your reservation by sending you a contract document as soon as a seat becomes available. For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
