[About the tour]
■The order of the itinerary may be changed.
■This course will be conducted jointly with tours departing from Hakata and Kokura.
■Travel and sightseeing times are approximate only. Please note that they may vary depending on road conditions and other factors.
■Room types are available for 1 to 4 people per room.
■If three people are staying in one room, an extra bed may be added to a twin room.
■If four people are staying in one room, we may have to split the rooms into two rooms for two people.
■Due to events and memorial services, Eiheiji Temple may suddenly become open to the public only from the outside.

[About Waitlist]
For customers on Waitlist, if a seat becomes available 15 days before departure, we will officially register your reservation by sending you a written contract or submitting it to your My Page. Please make payment for the trip within one week of receiving the documents. If we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding. Also, depending on when a seat becomes available, we may contact you by phone or email before sending out the contract document.

[Regarding Meals requests]
As this is an all-inclusive arrangement for large groups, we cannot accommodate requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations.
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of your meal even if you do not consume Meals.

[Regarding document delivery]
Regarding the "Travel Itinerary," for courses in which tickets are sent to you before departure, the "Travel Itinerary" will be sent by mail, and you will not be able to view it on your My Page.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave seat allocations for transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and room allocations for Accommodation to our discretion. Please refrain from reclining bus seats.
*Please note that even if you apply for train seats for two or more people, the seats may not be next to each other or may be far apart.
*This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but a guide-interpreter will not accompany the passenger.

[Getting on and off along the way]
For this course, you will board and disembark at Hiroshima and Okayama stations.
*Please purchase your ticket at the boarding station.
*There are no refunds or discounts for fares to the boarding station or for getting on or off at intermediate stations.

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you would like to provide a seat, please make a reservation as a "child."

[Infant reception]
If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this dedicated form or through our call center.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
