[About meal content requests]
Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal contents due to food allergies or religious reasons, and any price differences will be charged at actual cost. For customers aged 3~6 (preschoolers), bus seats during the itinerary will be provided for a fee due to travel agency law and safety management (no seats available for taxis or free hotel shuttle buses). However, there are no seats or bedding for Meals or Accommodation facilities on the train during the journey. If you wish, please reserve as 'Child'

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
