In the publication of our recruitment pamphlet, Domestic Travel 1.1, the first night's Accommodation facility "Naruko Kanko Hotel" was listed as a "5-star inn" certification, but the 2026 version was announced on Dec. 2025 and was rejected. Please note that there will be no changes to the service aspect as a result. We also apologize for changing the title accordingly.

[About the fireworks display]
From the bleachers to the parking lot, it takes about 45~60 minutes to walk one way because it is very crowded every year.
Please wear comfortable shoes. It is useful to have a flashlight to illuminate your feet. Also, after the fireworks end, the surrounding roads are expected to be congested, so you will arrive at the hotel after midnight.
The fireworks will be held rain or shine, but may be canceled in case of stormy weather. Please note that if the fireworks display is canceled or postponed after the tour departs, there will be no refund of the tour price.

[About the tour]
■The order of the itinerary may be reversed.
■ Tokaido The Shinkansen uses the "Nozomi" train, and the Tohoku Shinkansen uses the "Yamabiko" or "Hayabusa" train.
■ Day 3 From the hotel to Shin-Hanamaki Station, we will guide you to free transportation by private car that does not require permission under the Road Transport Act.
■ Accommodation When using a Japanese-style room at the facility, you may be asked to lay your own futon. Please note.
■Customers who apply with an odd number of people will basically share a seat.
■"5-star inn" is certified by the Tourism Economy Newspaper
■This course does not provide a safety call before departure.

[About changes to meal contents]
From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and if there is a difference, the actual cost will be charged. In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information.

【Precautions for travel】
* Round-trip transportation, Accommodation Facilities will be notified in the "Travel Bookmark (Departure Information)" sent about 5 days before the departure date.
* Please leave the seat allocation for the transportation (bus, plane, railway, Other) used during the trip and the room allocation of Accommodation facilities to us. Please refrain from using reclining bus seats.
* Even if you apply for a seat on the train for two or more people, you may not be seated next to each other or your seats may be separated.
* If your train has a stop on the way, you can get on and off the train. If you wish to board from the relevant station, please let us know in advance at the time of reservation, or please check the "Travel Bookmark (Departure Information)" and call our call center at least 4 days before the departure date. The tour director (tour conductor) will inform you of the car number and seat number by the day before departure
* This tour is also sold to foreigners. If you are riding with a foreign passenger, we may provide guidance in some foreign languages, but we will not accompany you with a guide interpreter

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3~6 years old (preschoolers), a bus seat will be prepared and charged during the journey from the viewpoint of the Travel Agency Act and safety management (there are no seats in the case of taxis and hotel free shuttle buses). However, there are no seats, Meals, or bedding for Accommodation facilities on the train during the journey. If you wish, please make a reservation with "Children"

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
