[About Senba Lake Parking Lot]
■ Parking is free for guests arriving at the Meeting point of Senba Lake, but advance registration is required. Please contact us at least two days before departure. Please understand that neither our company nor Senbako shall be held responsible for theft or accidents in parking lots. Since there is designated parking location for customer use, please use the parking lot marked with the diagonal line on the map.

■ Transportation between hotels in Day 2 and Korankei will be handled in the same manner as Hakuba Kotsu. We ask for your cooperation in transferring buses.
■ "5-star rated accommodation" is certified by the Tourism Economy Newspaper.
■ The best time to see the autumn leaves may vary depending on weather conditions. Departure dates are set according to the usual season, but please note that the best viewing time may not be available on the day of departure. Even if you cancel your tour reservation due to the autumn foliage conditions, a prescribed cancellation fee will apply.
■ Best time to see autumn leaves: Mid Nov. ~ late Nov.
■ May. 2025 Domestic Travel departing on or after the 1st, a handling fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal contents due to food allergies or religious reasons, and any price differences will be charged at actual cost. ●For reservations close to the departure date, please contact the Travel Center listed below as they cannot be made online. If there are vacant seats, we will accept applications up until the day before.
●If Minimum Number of Participants is not met and the trip is unavoidably canceled, we will notify you in writing. Notification will be completed by letter or email.
●This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language.

[For customers booking close to departure]
If you make a last minute transfer and are unable to confirm receipt by the day before your trip, we may refuse your participation on the day. If you are making a last minute transfer, please be sure to bring the transfer receipt with you on the day of your trip.

●If you are a group of 11 or more people and would like to make a reservation, please contact our reservation center.
●We only give a confirmation call to greet you before your trip to those who request it. If you would like a call, please contact us in advance. We will contact you between 10:00 and 17:30. We cannot contact you after 17:30 if you are not at home, or specify a time.

[Infant rates]
●The travel fee for children aged 3 to 6 (preschoolers) includes only the bus seat fee. If you require Other (bedding, meals, points, etc.), please apply for a child (elementary school student).

●If you are bringing a child under the age of three who will not be using a bus seat, please contact us by phone or using the form below after completing your reservations for adults, children, and paying infants.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
