[Getting on and off along the way]
On this tour, you can board and alight at Omiya Station on both the outbound and return journeys. If you wish to Mid-route joining (Japan residents only), please purchase an entrance ticket at your boarding station and proceed to the departure platform (the entrance ticket fee is at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact the representative by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the tour..

[About changing customers (name changes) after application]
You cannot change the name of the person making the reservation from the My Reservations list on your My Page. If you wish to make a change, please contact us by email or phone. For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
