■About Kintetsu seats
Please note that the Shimakaze train has three rows of seats, so even if you are in the same group, your seats may be far apart.

■To get between Kashikojima and the hotel, you will board the hotel's free shuttle bus (provided by Kashikojima Hoshoen in a private car that does not require a license under the Road Transport Act). Please note that you may be traveling with other guests or may be asked to sit in an extra seat.

Due to train arrangements, we can only accept reservations, and travel contracts will be concluded after our arrangements are complete (two months prior to departure).
We will inform you of whether or not a seat is available when we send you the necessary documents.
If you do not receive the first information letter (Travel Guide/Green Brochure) two months prior to the tour, it means that no seats are available and you will be placed on Waitlist. Thank you for your understanding.

[Regarding Meals requests]
As this is an all-inclusive group arrangement, we cannot accommodate requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions due to medical reasons.
Please note that meal costs will not be refunded even if you do not eat Meals. For Domestic Travel departing after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., and the actual cost will be charged if there is a difference in price. As a general rule, please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For any changes after that, please consult us. *The above additional costs will not be incurred if you remove the food yourself.

[Trains]
Please note that the arrival and departure times of the trains you will use will be those designated by our company.
Since tours are arranged as a group, depending on the number of people participating, the seating arrangement on the train, and seat availability, you may be seated in front or behind the train, or you may be asked to share a seat with other customers. Thank you for your understanding.

[To passengers midway ride]
If you wish to board a trip from a station other than the departure station, you will be responsible for any transportation costs (for all railways, including conventional and Shinkansen) to the midway ride.
If you wish to midway ride, please purchase a ticket with the minimum fare for the section from the midway ride station and board the designated train.
On the day of departure, please board the train that is listed on the final information sheet (which will be sent approximately 5 days before departure) that we will send to you, which will specify the flight number, Accommodation, etc.

[Infant rates]
Please click on "Infant Rates" for the travel fee for preschool children aged 3 years or older. The fee will be displayed at the time of reservation. If you have any questions, please contact us by phone.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
