個別に予約される場合を含め、お知り合い同士・ご家族でのご参加はお断りしております。お知り合い同士・ご家族等で申し込まれたことが判明した場合、ツアー出発直前でありましても当ツアーのご参加をお断りするとともに、今後の弊社ひとり旅ツアーのご参加を全てお断りする場合がございます。
また、ご旅行中に判明した場合は、その時点で旅行契約を解除する場合がございます。

■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【ツアーについてのご案内】
●1/12発の昼食につきましてはなすび総本店と同じ系列の「なすべえ」にてご案内をいたします。昼食内容は「地魚握り寿司御膳ランチ」となり変更ございません
●久能山東照宮ではロープウェイ乗り場から国宝本殿まで約100段の石段があります。歩きやすい靴でご参加ください。
また、悪天候等によりロープウェイが運休となった場合は団体乗車代をご返金または代替観光地へご案内いたします。久能山東照宮はロープウェイで上がった山頂の為、運休時は参拝が出来ません。
●年末年始の観光地付近では混雑による渋滞・規制が発生する場合があります。そのため、観光地の駐車場手前からの徒歩での移動となる場合がございますので、履き慣れた歩きやすい靴でご参加ください。
●バス座席のリクライニングの使用はご遠慮いただきますようお願いいたします。
●本コースでは、ご旅行前にご挨拶を兼ねた確認電話またはメールをさせていただいておりますが、ご不在の場合などご連絡できかねる場合がございます。
※日本国外にお住いの方には出発前の連絡はございません。
●本コースの運行バス会社は「日の丸自動車興行」または同等となります。同等バス会社となる場合のみ、ご出発前日までに郵送またはメールまたはお電話にてご連絡致します。

●催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合は、旅行開始日の14日前(日帰り旅行は4日前)迄に弊社よりご連絡をさせていただきます。
●出発7日前以降のお申込み・お支払いに関しては原則クレジットカードでの決済に限らせていただきます。お振込みでご旅行前日までに着金が確認できない場合、当日ご参加をお断りする場合がございます。
●外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
