【食事内容について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、重篤な食物アレルギー、医療的判断による食事制限等、宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合はその実費を頂戴します。
原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。
またメニュー変更について、他のお客様にご説明させていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

【当コースについて】
■ハーモニカ列車は貸し切り列車ではない為、一般のお客様と相乗りとなります。また、自由席のため立ち席となる場合があります。また、悪天候の際は運休となる場合があります。
■善光寺の、参拝料（内陣参拝・お戒壇巡り・山門)・法要量はご旅行代金に含まれておりません。尚、それ以外の行程中に記載があり、別途必要と記載がないものは旅行代金に含まれています。

【途中乗車について】
■千種駅・多治見駅・中津川駅から乗車を希望のお客様は、事前に弊社までお問い合わせください。乗車駅で入場券をご購入の上(各自負担)、出発ホームまでお越しください。

【宿泊施設について】
■1～4名様1室が基本となります。
■万座亭の客室は和室(バス無し・トイレ付)となります。
■万座高原ホテルの客室は洋室(シングル・ツイン・トリプルルーム/シャワーブース・トイレ付)利用となります。
※客室内に浴室がないアウトバスタイプの客室になる場合があります。
※3～4名1室はエキストラベッドとなる場合があります。
■部屋・眺望などの指定はできません。
■本コースは同等クラスのホテルでのご案内となります。確定宿泊先は、ご旅行出発5日前までにお送りする「旅のしおり」(最終のご案内)にてご確認ください。

■内容は、毎日更新(日・祝・年末年始除く)をしておりますが、リアルタイムではありませんのでご了承下さい。また、残席が１席でも【受付中】と表示されます。
■催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ、出発14日前までにご連絡をさせていただきます。
■ご利用便・集合時間は必ず「最終のご案内」(ご出発の5日前までにお届け予定)でご確認下さい。
■幼児(3歳～未就学児)料金にてお申し込みの場合、バス席代・ホテル施設料が含まれます。その他の列車のお座席・食事代・ホテルでの寝具はご用意がございません。必要な方は子供としてご予約をお願いします。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
