■交通機関の遅延等による遅れ、不参加も取消料の対象となります。パンフレット記載の出発時間になりましたら、ツアーは出発いたします。

【花火大会について】
■ツアー出発前(前日)までに花火大会の中止・順延が決定した場合は、ツアーは中止となります。その場合は弊社より代表者様にご連絡いたします。また、現地の中止の判断が当日となり、やむを得ず中止のご連絡が当日の朝となる場合がございます。ツアー出発後の場合は、代替観光地へご案内させていただき、ツアーを運行する場合がございます。ツアー出発後の、延期・中止に伴う旅行代金の返金はございません。予めご了承ください。
■当コースは当日の混雑を鑑み、行程に余裕をもたせています。この為、花火大会会場で待ち時間が発生することもございます。
■駐車場から花火大会の観覧席まで、約15～30分程歩いて頂く場合があります。
■本コースは桟敷席から観賞いたします。お座席は弊社にご一任ください。
■低い位置の花火や仕掛け花火等が一部ご覧いただけない場合がございます。
■花火大会観賞後は周辺道路の混雑が予想されるため、帰着時間は23：50頃を予定しております。
■観覧席は禁煙、イス・テーブル・三脚の持ち込みは不可です。

【お持ちいただくと便利な物】
帽子・上着・懐中電灯・雨ガッパ（観覧席での傘使用不可）・ウェットティッシュ・ポケットティッシュ（手洗い場がない仮設トイレがあるため）があると便利です。

【子供・幼児について】
大人料金の同額となります。3歳～小学生のご参加は子供料金にて予約をお取りください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
