【ツアーについて】　
■2名1室でお申し込みの場合でも、シングル２部屋に分かれてご案内となる場合があります。
■行程順序を入れ替えてご案内する場合がございます。
■白馬マウンテンハーバーのゴンドラは悪天候の際は運休となる場合があります。
■紅葉の見頃は天候等により前後します。色づき具合に関わらず、最少催行人員を満たした際にはツアーは出発いたします。

【花火大会について】
■現時点(2026年6月現在）の情報を元に企画を行っております。国および地方自治体等の要請により、やむを得ず祭事が中止となる場合があります。または、内容の変更が生じる場合があります。
■荒天時は花火が中止となる場合があります。ツアー出発後の旅行代金の返金はございません。
■観覧席の場所は弊社にご一任ください。
■イス観覧席内での傘・三脚等の使用はご遠慮ください。雨天時に備え雨合羽をご準備ください。
■懐中電灯、虫刺され防止グッズ、飲料水などをお持ちいただくことをおすすめします。
■夕食は花火大会会場でお弁当となります。
■花火観賞後のホテル到着は21：00頃となります。

【途中乗下車について】
■千種駅・多治見駅・中津川駅から乗車を希望のお客様は乗車地をご選択ください。尚、当日は乗車駅で入場券をご購入の上(各自負担)、出発ホームまでお越しください。

ご旅行の安全管理などの観点から、本ツアーにご参加の際しましては、緊急連絡先をご旅行出発前に弊社へお知らせください。また、1名様参加のお客様は、携帯電話番号も合わせてお知らせください。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【宿泊施設について】
■1～2名様1室が基本となります。
■客室は洋室(シングル・ツイン/バス・トイレ付)利用となります。
※2名1室でお申し込みの場合でもお部屋が分かれる場合があります。
■部屋・眺望などの指定はできません。

【ご予約についてのご案内】
■内容は、毎日更新(日・祝・年末年始除く)をしておりますが、リアルタイムではありませんのでご了承下さい。また、残席が１席でも【受付中】と表示されます。
■催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ、出発14日前までにご連絡をさせていただきます。
■ご利用便・集合時間は必ず「最終のご案内」(ご出発の5日前までにお届け予定)でご確認下さい。
■幼児(3歳～未就学児)料金にてお申し込みの場合、バス席代・ホテル施設料が含まれます。その他の列車のお座席・食事代・ホテルでの寝具はご用意がございません。必要な方は子供としてご予約をお願いします。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
