【箱根ロープウェイ乗車について】
●安全のため、下記該当の方は大涌谷駅へのロープウェイは乗車できません。

【本コースについて】
●紅葉の見ごろは天候や気象状況によって左右されます。ツアー出発日は例年の状況を踏まえて設定してありますが、ご旅行日に見頃といかない場合もございます。紅葉の見ごろが合わない場合でもツアーは出発し、ご旅行料金の返金等はございませんので予めご了承下さい。
●悪天候等により、箱根ロープウェイ、箱根遊覧船、箱根登山鉄道、箱根ケーブルカーが運休の場合は、団体料金相当額を返金し、行程を進めさせていただきます。
●箱根登山鉄道・箱根ロープウェイは自由席となります。
●富士山は、天候等によりご覧いただけない場合があります。

【宿泊先ホテルについて】
●宿泊先のお部屋割（洋室［シングル・ツイン］または和洋室／バス・トイレ付）は弊社にご一任ください。
●3～4名1室利用の場合は、エキストラベット(ソファーベッドまたは簡易ベッド)の併用、もしくは和室・和洋室でのご案内となります。
●お部屋が和室・和洋室利用の場合、布団敷きはセルフサービスとなります。お客様ご自身でお布団を敷いていただく場合がございますので予めご了承下さい。

【ご案内】
●2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。
●交通機関の遅延等による遅れ、不参加も取消料の対象となります。パンフレット記載の出発時間になりましたら、ツアーは出発いたします。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
