【ご参加条件】
本コースは流氷遊ウォーク・氷平線ウォークなど冬のアクティビティを含むツアーとなります。
お客様安全管理の都合上以下の通り参加条件を設けております。
以下の条件に適さない場合は受付はできかねますので予めご了承ください。
●参加条件：6歳以上～75歳未満（ご参加時点）
●身長：130cm以上、体重：110㎏未満
※また参加条件として自己管理が出来てハイキング程度の体力がある方が対象となりますので、付き添いが必要な方など流氷遊ウォークの参加をお断りする場合があります。

【流氷観賞のコースについて】
■流氷は自然現象のためご覧いただけない場合があります。
■流氷砕氷船は、流氷の接岸状況及び気象状況により運休となる場合があります。この事象によりお取消し・変更となりましても取消対象日より取消料が発生いたします。
■流氷砕氷船は流氷がない場合、青海運行となります。なお、悪天候時は欠航となる場合もあります。その際は、代替観光地へのご案内、または差額のご返金となります。

【コースについて】
・流氷遊ウォークで着用するドライスーツ貸出のため、身長・体重をご出発の14日前までに弊社コールセンターへご連絡ください。
・宿泊・観光順を入替えてご案内する場合があります。
・表記している食事内容が、現地の仕入れ状況によりやむを得ず変更になる場合があります。
・ホテル都合等により、2名1室でお申込の場合でも2部屋に分かれる場合があります。
・飛行機の座席は、グループでお申し込みの場合でも、隣り同士の席にならない場合（縦並び席）があります。予めご了承下さい。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
