【ツアーについて】　
■当コースは「ご夫婦参加限定」です。夫婦以外の方や同性同士でのご参加、1名様でのご参加は承れませんので予めご了承下さい。また、どちらかの都合が悪くなった場合は、2名様とも取り消しとなり2名様分の取消料がかかります。
■下田ロープウェイ・箱根遊覧船は天候により運休となる場合がございます。その場合は代案観光地または乗車代金の返金となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
■河津駅とホテル間は道路運送法の許可等を要しない自家用自動車での無料送迎にてご案内いたします。
■11月出発のお客様：3日目の箱根遊覧船は、「大茶会」が点検による運休のため、「SORAKAZE」にて運航となります。（外観と内装が変わりますが航路は同じです）
■富士山は天候等によって見られない場合があり、積雪量は時期により異なります。
■オーシャンビュー客室とは、部屋（ベランダを除く）から見える海が視界のかかる部分を含めている部屋
■行程順序を入れ替えてご案内する場合がございます。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【旅行に関する諸注意】
※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認の上出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせください。途中乗車該当駅までの運賃はお客様負担になります。また、ご乗車の際は入場券をお買い求めの上（お客様負担）ホームへおこしください。途中乗下車に伴う返金はございませんのでご了承ください。号車・席番号に関しましては出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）よりご案内致します。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【子供・幼児・乳児の受付】
当コースはご夫婦限定コースのため子供・幼児・乳児のご参加はご遠慮いただいております。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
