●本ツアーはお子様連れ参加限定となります。大人のお客様のみでのご参加は承ることが出来ません。キャンセル等で大人のみの申込となってしまった場合は全員分の取消として、全員分の取消料が発生致します。
●本ツアーは１組２名様以上での受付となり、１名様でのご参加を承ることはできません。１名様への人数変更のお申し出があった場合には、全員分の取消として全員分の取消料がかかります。
●ブドウ狩り食べ放題は生育状況により他のフルーツ狩りに変更となる場合があります。予めご了承ください。
●道路状況等により帰着時間が遅延する場合があります。

【宿泊先ホテルについて】
●宿泊先のお部屋割（和室または洋室（ツイン）／バス・トイレ付）は弊社にご一任ください。
※洋室は最大3名様利用となります。
※洋室の場合3名1室はツインルームにエキストラベッドまたはソファベッドの利用となります。
●お部屋の間取り、及びお部屋からの景観は宿泊施設により一律ではございません。
●3名以上の場合は和室部分にお客様ご自身でお布団を敷いていただく場合がございますので予めご了承ください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
