当ツアーは、『おひとり参加限定』のコースです。
個別に予約される場合を含め、お知り合い同士・ご家族でのご参加はお断りしております。お知り合い同士・ご家族等で申し込まれたことが判明した場合、ツアー出発直前でありましても当ツアーのご参加をお断りするとともに、今後の弊社ひとり旅ツアーのご参加を全てお断りする場合がございます。
また、ご旅行中に判明した場合は、その時点で旅行契約を解除する場合がございます。

■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、

【ツアーについてのご案内】　
■岩倉実相院（床もみじを含む）は、屋内での写真撮影は禁止です。
■旧邸御室(きゅうていおむろ)は、文化財保護の為、靴下着用をお願いしております（ストッキング不可）。ご持参いただきますようお願いいたします。
■寺社等の都合により、行程を入れ替えてご案内する場合がございます。
■紅葉の見頃は気象状況によって前後する場合があります。出発日は例年の時期を踏まえて設定しておりますが、ご出発当日に見頃とならない場合もあります。
＜紅葉の見頃＞
・旧竹林院・実相院門跡・大覚寺・旧邸御室：例年11月上旬～下旬
・東寺・天龍寺：例年11月中旬～12月上旬
■宿泊先のお部屋割は弊社にご一任ください。1名様1室となります。
■バス座席のリクライニングの使用はご遠慮いただきますようお願いいたします。

当ツアーでは、ご旅行前に代表者様へご挨拶を兼ねた確認電話を差し上げております。但し、お客様が日中ご不在の場合などはご連絡がつかない場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。
※日本国外にお住いの方には出発前の連絡はございません。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
