【祭りについて】
・現時点（2026年4月1日現在）の情報を元に企画を行っております。国および地方自治体等の要請により、やむを得ず祭事が中止となる場合があります。または、内容の変更が生じる場合があります。予めご了承ください。
・荒天の際は中止の可能性もございますが、基本的には雨天決行です。雨を理由にキャンセルする場合は、取消料は通常通りかかります。ツアー出発後、万が一祭りが中止になっても返金はございません。
・観覧席の場所・席の形態は主催者側が決定し、各会社へ振り分けをしますので、ツアーの直前まで一切お知らせをする事もリクエストすることは出来ません。

【行程中の各自移動について】
・1日目の青森ねぶた祭観賞後は浅虫温泉のホテルまで各自移動、各自チェックインとなります。
【参考】青い森鉄道線：青森駅～浅虫温泉駅間は（540円／約20分※浅虫温泉駅から徒歩約10分）、タクシー：（参考価格約6,000円※変動します／約40分）
・2日目は浅虫温泉から新青森駅まで各自移動となります。
【参考】青い森鉄道線：浅虫温泉駅～青森駅（540円／約20分）、JR奥羽本線：青森駅～新青森駅（200円／約5分）
・上記移動中の交通費等はお客様の各自負担、各自払いとなります。また、金額は参考価格で変動する場合があります

ご旅行の安全管理などの観点から、本ツアーにご参加の際しましては、緊急連絡先・携帯電話番号をご旅行出発前に弊社へお知らせください。

【途中乗下車について】　
本コースは、大宮駅にて途中乗下車が可能です。
※途中乗車でご参加のお客様は、乗車駅で入場券のご購入をお願いいたします。
※途中乗車駅までの運賃および途中乗下車によるご返金・割引はございません。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。
※ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認の上出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせください。途中乗車該当駅までの運賃はお客様負担になります。また、ご乗車の際は入場券をお買い求めの上（お客様負担）ホームへおこしください。途中乗下車に伴う返金はございませんのでご了承ください。号車・席番号に関しましては出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）よりご案内致します。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【幼児・乳児の受付】
当コースは幼児・乳児の参加はご遠慮いただいております。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
