【幼児料金について】
幼児(3～6歳/未就学児)の旅行代金は5,000円となります。バス席のみが含まれ、うれしいちょっぴりプレゼントは含まれません。

【キャンセル待ち予約について】
キャンセル待ちのお客様には、出発15日より前にお席のご用意ができた場合は、契約書面の送付またはマイページへの送信をもって正式予約に移行手続きを行います。
書類到着後1週間以内にご旅行代金の入金手続きをお願いいたします。入金確認ができない場合、ご予約を取り消しさせていただきますので、予めご了承ください。
また、お席が空いたタイミングによっては、契約書面の発送前にお電話またはメールにて連絡させていただく場合がございます。

■ If the Minimum Number of Participants is less than the customer, the trip may be canceled. We will contact you only in case of cancellation.
■The contents are updated every day (excluding Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays), but please note that there may be some time lag and the actual situation may differ. [About the use of bus seats and reclining seats]
■For safety, please wear a seat belt while the bus is running.
■Bus seats will be left to us. Please refrain from using reclining seats.
■There is a front seat plan (1500 yen more per person) for an additional fee. Please note that we do not accept designated reception for rows 1~3 and left, right, and aisle sides. *Applications for the front seat plan will be accepted on a group basis. We cannot accept applications from some of the groups.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
