【相馬野馬追について】
■本ツアーは2026年2月1日時点での情報を基に企画しています。国および地方自治体の要請により、やむを得ず祭事が中止となる場合や内容の変更が生じる場合があります。
■2日目のホテル出発時間は相馬野馬追のタイムスケジュールの都合などの要因により、変更となる場合があります。
■観覧席「マス席」は、芝生の上に敷物を敷く形式となります。敷物のご準備をお願いします。折り畳みイスのご利用はお控えください。（１マス５名様ずつお座りいただきます（２m×２m）
■お行列のみ観覧席は無く自由見学となります。また、お行列は途中からの観賞となります。
■雨天決行です。雨合羽をご用意ください。但し、災害や気象に関する警報が発令された際は中止になる場合があります。

【２名１室利用でお申し込みのお客様へ（宿泊施設について）】
２名１室でお申し込みでも、１名１室２部屋に分かれる場合があります。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【途中乗下車について】　
本コースは、往路：大宮駅、復路：大宮駅・上野駅にて途中乗下車が可能です。
※途中乗車でご参加のお客様は、乗車駅で入場券のご購入をお願いいたします。
※途中乗車駅までの運賃および途中乗下車によるご返金・割引はございません。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合は専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください。

【旅行に関する諸注意】
※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認の上出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせください。途中乗車該当駅までの運賃はお客様負担になります。また、ご乗車の際は入場券をお買い求めの上（お客様負担）ホームへおこしください。途中乗下車に伴う返金はございませんのでご了承ください。号車・席番号に関しましては出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）よりご案内致します。

【インターネットからの予約の確認・取消・支払いについて】

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
