個別に予約される場合を含め、お知り合い同士・ご家族でのご参加はお断りしております。お知り合い同士・ご家族等で申し込まれたことが判明した場合、ツアー出発直前でありましても当ツアーのご参加をお断りするとともに、今後の弊社ひとり旅ツアーのご参加を全てお断りする場合がございます。
また、ご旅行中に判明した場合は、その時点で旅行契約を解除する場合がございます。

■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【ツアーについてのご案内】
●ホテルから花火打ち上げ場所までは直線距離で約3㎞離れています。屋上・多目的室・ホテルのお部屋からも見ることができますが、お部屋は窓に格子線が入っておりますので、屋上からの鑑賞をおすすめします。
●当コースは宿泊部屋の異なる他のコースと共同催行です。共同催行するコース合計のお客様人数が最少催行人員に満たない場合は、中止となる場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。
●シャンソン館の手配の都合上、行程順序が入れかわる場合があります。
●バス座席のリクライニングの使用はご遠慮いただきますようお願いいたします。
●本コースでは緊急時を除き弊社からの事前の連絡を差し上げておりません。ご不明な点は各旅行センターへお問い合わせ下さい。
●本コースの運行バス会社は「日の丸自動車興業」または同等となります。同等バス会社となる場合のみ、ご出発前日までに郵送またはメールまたはお電話にてご連絡致します。

●交通機関の遅延等による遅れ、不参加も取消料の対象となります。パンフレット記載の出発時間になりましたら、ツアーは出発します。
●催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合は、旅行開始日の14日前(日帰り旅行は4日前)迄に弊社よりご連絡をさせていただきます。
●出発7日前以降のお申込み・お支払いに関しては原則クレジットカードでの決済に限らせていただきます。お振込みでご旅行前日までに着金が確認できない場合、当日ご参加をお断りする場合がございます。
●外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

[Information about payments via the Internet]

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
