＜お持ちいただくとよいもの＞

●ハイキングシューズまたはトレッキングシュ－ズ（軽登山靴）、リュックサック、雨具（上下分かれているもの）、水筒、保険証、常備薬（持病などがございましたら必ずお持ちください）、ごみ袋、敷物、行動食など

●上高地は、標高1500ｍの高地です。首都圏より気温が10℃程下がります。また、山岳地帯のため、天候の変化もあります。歩きやすい服装・靴でのご参加、雨具をお持ちいただくことをおすすめします。また、観光バス規制日に該当した場合、一部区間にて路線バスに乗り換える場合がございます。

※本コースの上高地・千畳敷カールでの滞在は各自ミニハイキングとなります。服装のご準備お願いいたします。

【高山病について】
標高約2500m以上の高所を訪れるコースにおいては高山病を発症する危険性があります。持病・既往症をお持ちの方、健康に不安を感じる方は、ご旅行の参加の旨を事前に医師にご相談の上でお申込・ご参加されることをお願いします。また、ツアー当日は、深酒、寝不足などはご注意いただき頭痛、吐き気などの症状がある場合は同行している添乗員へお申しつけください。

■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。
