【お食事内容のリクエストについて】
2025年4月1日以降のお申し出より、重篤な食物アレルギー、 医療的判断による食事制限等、宗教上の理由等による食事 内容の変更には1食につき1,500円、及び差額が生じる場合は その実費を頂戴します。原則ご出発日の14日前までにお申 し出ください※お弁当の場合は変更不可となります。好き嫌いにより食べられない食品は、お客様自身での除去をお願いいたします。

※旅行中の利用交通機関(バス・その他)のお席割りは、弊社にご一任ください。
※バスを利用して出発し帰着するツアーと、直接現地に集合するプランは、（内容未定の場合を除き）お送りする書類は1回のみとなります。したがって、お送りした「パンフレット」をもって「確定書面」に代えさせていただきます。

【キャンセル待ち予約のお客様へ重要なご案内】
キャンセル待ちのお客様には、お席が空き次第、契約書面の送付をもって正式予約に移行手続きを行います。書類到着後10日以内にご旅行代金の入金手続きをお願いいたします。入金確認ができない場合、ご予約を取り消しさせていただきますので、予めご了承ください。

【予約についての注意】
●内容は、毎日更新(日・祝・年末年始除く)をしておりますが、多少のタイムラグがあり、実際の状況と異なる場合がありますのでご了承下さい。尚、残席が１席でも受付中となります。又、予約時の状況やご人数によって満席となる場合もあります。
●ご予約をキャンセルされる場合はご入金の有無に関わらず、必ず弊社までご連絡をお願いします。
●最少催行人員に満たない場合は、ご旅行が中止になる場合があります。この場合は、旅行開始日の14日前（日帰り旅行は4日前）までにご連絡します。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
