【白馬の宿泊について】
■当ツアーでご宿泊いただく白馬の宿泊施設は小規模の宿泊施設が中心となります。基本的にはお宿が分かれてのご案内となり、部屋にお風呂・冷蔵庫等の設備がない場合もあります。ご不便をおかけする点もあるかもしれませんが、温泉と白馬連峰に囲まれた景観をお楽しみいただき、ご容赦いただければと思います。尚、確定宿泊先は「旅のしおり(出発のご案内)」にてご連絡いたします。
※お子様用の寝間着の用意はありません(各自でご準備ください）
■2～4名様１室が基本となります。
■お部屋は和室・洋室(ツインまたはトリプルルーム)または和洋室/バス無・トイレ付利用となります。
※トリプルルームはツインルームにエキストラベッドまたはソファベッドのご用意となります

【食事内容について】
■重篤な食物アレルギー、医療的判断による食事制限等、宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合はその実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。またメニュー変更について、他のお客様にご説明させていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

【本コースについて】
■天候状況により行程内で順序を入れ替える場合があります。
■パンフレットに記載しております、駄菓子のプレゼントは中学生のお子様までとなります。
■本コースはマイクロバス利用のため、バス前方席オプションの販売はありません。
■お子様は魚のつかみ取り体験等、水の中に入るため水着をご用意ください（大人は不要）。尚、悪天候の際は渓流ではなく簡易プールで体験していただく場合があります。
■野菜収穫体験は雨天の場合、夏野菜袋詰めプレゼントと試食に変更してご案内いたします
■3～11歳のお子様のクリアボート乗船に際しては、お子様1名につき保護者(12歳以上)1名が同乗していただく必要があります。また、0～2歳のお子様はご乗船いただけません。3歳以上の同行者とお待ちいただくこととなります。その際、乗船されなかった3歳以上の同行者の方には乗船代をご返金させていただきます。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
