【途中乗下車について】　
本コースは、「立川駅」「八王子駅」にて途中乗下車が可能です。
※途中乗車でご参加のお客様は、各乗車駅で入場券（お客様ご負担）をお買い求めの上出発ホームまでお越しください。（尚、途中乗車駅までの運賃はお客様負担となります）
※号車・席番号に関しましては、出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）よりご案内いたします。
※途中乗車駅までの運賃および途中乗下車によるご返金・割引はございません。

【ツアーについて】　
■行程順序を入れ替えてご案内する場合がございます。
■河口湖湖上祭花火大会は、今後の社会情勢により中止や延期等、開催が変更される場合があります。（当コースは２月１日時点での情報を元に企画を行っております。）
■花火開催に伴う河口湖周辺の交通規制の兼ね合いで、お宿には早めの到着を予定しております。チェックイン時間まで館内などでお待ちいただく場合がございます。
■花火の観覧席は「イス」のご用意がございません。ゴザ敷の上に座布団を用意した観覧席でのご案内となります。「高さのある座椅子」「座高よりも大きな背もたれのある椅子」はツアーにご参加いただく他のお客様の観覧の妨げとなりますので一律禁止となります。
■観覧席への三脚・一脚等の撮影機材、またこれらに準ずる物品のお持ち込みは禁止となります。お客様皆さまが楽しく観覧できるようご協力をお願いします。
■富士山は気象状況等によりご覧いただけない場合がございます。
■２日目の昼食は13：30頃からの遅めの時間でのご案内となります。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
