【おひとり参加の旅の趣旨をご理解下さい】
当コースは、おひとりでも気兼ねなく気楽、気軽に旅行にご参加いただくことを目的とした「おひとり参加限定の旅」となっております。その為、ご旅行のお申込みはおひとり様のみ承っております。「ひとり旅」のコンセプトへのご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

【お食事のリクエストについて】
・重篤な食物アレルギー、医療的判断による食事制限等、宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円、及び差額が生じる場合はその実費を頂戴します。
・ご旅行のお申し込みごとに、必ずお申し出ください。また、前回と同じ状態でも、確認のために再度お申し出くださいますようお願いいたします。
・原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。またメニュー変更について、他のお客様にご説明させていただく場合がございます。
・お食事がお弁当の場合、一切のご変更は承れません。
・お食事をお召し上がりにならない場合も、食事代は返金いたしかねます。また、お召し上がりにならなかったお食事のお持ち帰りは、原則ご遠慮いただいております。

【ご宿泊施設について】
宿泊先のお部屋割は弊社にご一任ください。1名様1室となります。

【お申し込み後のお客様の交替（ネームチェンジ）について】
予約者名の変更は、マイページのマイ予約リストから承ることができません。
予約時の入力内容を誤り、修正・変更をご希望の場合はメールまたはお電話にて至急ご連絡ください。
往復航空券の取り直しが必要となるため、満席等で手配出来ない場合もあり、また手配可能な場合でも交替に要する費用がかかりますので予めご了承ください。

【各航空会社マイル加算について】
航空機を利用する旅行の航空運賃は「包括旅行割引運賃」または「個人包括旅行割引運賃」を適用している為、各航空会社が行っているマイル加算の対象とはなりません。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
