個別に予約される場合を含め、お知り合い同士・ご家族でのご参加はお断りしております。お知り合い同士・ご家族等で申し込まれたことが判明した場合、ツアー出発直前でありましても当ツアーのご参加をお断りするとともに、今後の弊社ひとり旅ツアーのご参加を全てお断りする場合がございます。
また、ご旅行中に判明した場合は、その時点で旅行契約を解除する場合がございます。

■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【ツアーについてのご案内】　
■神明の花火大会の手配都合により予約希望の受付のみとなり、契約締結は7月中旬以降となります。手配が出来次第、代表者様宛てに、パンフレット・振込用紙・保険申し込みはがきをお送りします。書類の発送をもって正式予約と代えさせていただきます。※中止の場合は書面またはお電話にてご連絡いたします。
■WEB完結でお申し込みの方は書類は届かないためマイページをご確認いただくようお願い致します。
■花火大会などツアーについてのご案内は当ホームページ内の「おすすめポイント」をご覧ください。
■観覧席は写真撮影用の席ではないため、三脚を立てての撮影はご遠慮下さい。
■当コースは1日目の昼食のご用意はございません。昼食をお済ませの上ご参加ください。
■富士山は気象状況により、ご覧になれない場合があります。
■本コースでは緊急時を除き弊社からの事前の連絡を差し上げておりません。ご不明な点は各旅行センターへお問い合わせ下さい。
■バス座席のリクライニングの使用はご遠慮いただきますようお願いいたします。

●催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合は、旅行開始日の14日前(日帰り旅行は4日前)迄に弊社よりご連絡をさせていただきます。
●出発7日前以降のお申込み・お支払いに関しては原則クレジットカードでの決済に限らせていただきます。お振込みでご旅行前日までに着金が確認できない場合、当日ご参加をお断りする場合がございます。

【インターネットからのお支払いについてのご案内】

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
