■車窓からの風景は、座席位置、悪天候等により、ご覧いただけない場合がございます。

おひとり参加の旅は、おひとりでも気兼ねなく気楽、気軽に旅行にご参加いただくことを目的とした「おひとり参加限定の旅」となっております。その為、ご旅行のお申込みはおひとり様のみ承っております。

【添乗員からのご挨拶電話について】
当コースでは、緊急の場合を除き、ご旅行前に代表者様へご挨拶を兼ねた確認電話を差し上げておりません。確認電話がご入用の方は、お手数ですがご出発３日前までにお電話にてお申し付けください。但し、日中ご不在の場合などはご連絡がつかない場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。
※日本国外にお住いの方には出発前の連絡はございません。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our reservation center.
