【サクランボ・山狩りについて】
■サクランボ狩りは雨天決行です。雨天時、農園によっては傘をさせない場合があります。カッパ等のご用意をお願い致します。
■バス乗降場所からサクランボ狩りを行う場所まで15分程度の徒歩移動となる場合があります。歩きやすい靴でご参加下さい。
■サクランボ生育状況により脚立の利用をする場合がございます。ご利用の際は農園スタッフと添乗員の指示に従い、歩きやすい靴と服装でのご参加と正しい利用方法で使用いただきますようお願いします。
■園内の脚立は数に限りがございます。譲り合ってご利用頂けますようお願い申し上げます。
■飲酒者並びに小学生を含む子供の脚立利用はご遠慮いただきますようお願いします。
■雨天荒天などの事由により脚立の利用が危険と判断した場合には、当日利用をお断りさせて頂く場合がございます。尚、園内における転倒事故など、弊社は一切責任を負いかねます。予めご了承ください。
■荒天の場合、山菜狩りは中止となる場合があります。その場合のお土産やご返金はございません。

【ご案内】
■添乗員は最終降車地以外で下車する場合がございます。
■ホタルは野生生物のため、ご覧いただけない場合があります。
■星空観賞・ホタル観賞・山菜狩りは悪天候時は中止となります。
■星空は天候により見られない場合があります。
■バイキングの内容は日によって変わる場合があります。
■花の見頃は気象状況により前後する場合がございます。
■行程順序を入れ替えてご案内する場合があります。
■1日目星空観賞・ホタル観賞は徒歩またはアパホテル＆リゾート上越妙高による、道路運送法上の許可などを要しない自家用自動車を利用します。マイクロバスや小型バスに分かれてご案内となる場合もございます。
■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。
■交通機関の遅延等による遅れ、不参加も取消料の対象となります。パンフレット記載の出発時間になりましたら、ツアーは出発いたします。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
