【東北夏祭りツアーについて】
各夏祭りにおいては、天候などの影響で主催者側の判断で中止となりご覧いただけない場合があることをご了承ください。その場合もツアー出発後の旅行代金の返金はありません。また、ホテルのチェックインについては、夜祭見学後の移動であることや道路混雑等により、深夜のホテル到着予定になります。
現時点(2025年販売開始日現在）の情報を元に企画を行っております。国および地方自治体等の要請により、やむを得ず祭事が中止となる場合があります。
また、現時点では観覧席のタイプについては詳細未定です。

【お申し込み後の流れ】
ご出発の５日前迄に２次書面（旅のしおり）をご代表者様宅に送付いたします。なお、入金確認が取れていない際は、出発前日に書類が到着する場合があります。特に間際でのお申し込みのお客様には、振込用紙到着後に速やかにお振込みいただくか、インターネットマイページからのクレジットカードでのご入金をおすすめ致します。

【緊急連絡先の確認と登録のお願い】
ご旅行の安全管理などの観点から、本ツアーにご参加の際しましては、緊急連絡先をご旅行出発前に弊社へお知らせください。また、1名様参加のお客様は、携帯電話番号も合わせてお知らせください。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【添乗員からのご旅行前安心コールについて】
安心コールをご希望のお客様は事前にお申し付けください。なお、弊社の営業時間内につながらない場合やご不在時などはご連絡できかねることがありますので、予めご了承ください。

【新幹線について】
新幹線の座席は、同グループ様でも縦列や離れる場合があります。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
