【首都圏外郭放水路の見学について】
■調圧水槽の見学において、階段116段を自力で昇降できる方に参加を限定させていただきます（エレベーター、エスカレーターは設置されておりません）。
■屋外を往復5分程度歩いていただきます。傘の貸し出しはありませんので、雨天時は傘をご用意ください。
■業務上の都合、工事、天候等により見学会の中止、人数制限が行われる場合や調圧水槽内の見学可能範囲の制限が実施される場合があります。
■調圧水槽内の床は滑りやすく網上になっている箇所があるため、歩きやすい靴でご参加ください（滑りやすい靴、細いヒールでの参加は不可）。
■汚れてもいい服装でご参加ください。
■施設側にて見学が妥当でないと判断された場合、見学をお断りする場合があります。


【旧三河島汚水処分場 喞筒（ぽんぷ）場施設見学について】
■施設側の都合所により急遽、見学ができなくなる可能性がありますので、予めご了承ください。

【食事内容について】
■重篤な食物アレルギー、医療的判断による食事制限等、宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合はその実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。またメニュー変更について、他のお客様にご説明させていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
