【ツアーについて】
■会津鉄道は、全席自由席のローカル列車となります。混雑状況によっては立ち席となる場合がございます。また、乗車区間が変更となる場合があります。

■宿泊ホテルのブッフェの内容は日によって異なる場合があります。
■11月出発は、行程２日目の土津神社・紅葉観賞へご案内いたします。

【宿泊施設について】
3名1室でご利用の場合はエキストラベッド(ソファーベッド含む)の利用となります。

【ご集合場所について】
本ツアーでは「東京駅・上野駅（途中乗車）・大宮駅（途中乗車）」を選択できます。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合は、専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込み下さい。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございませんので予めご了承下さい。バイキングの場合はお召し上がりいただけます。

【旅行に関する諸注意】
※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。
※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認の上出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせ下さい。途中乗車該当駅までの運賃はお客様負担になります。また、ご乗車の際は入場券をお買い求めの上（お客様負担）ホームへおこし下さい。途中乗下車に伴う返金はございませんのでご了承下さい。号車・席番号に関しましては出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）よりご案内致します。

【インターネットからの予約の確認・取消・支払いについて】

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
